The Sir Charming TS3 lots are updated recreations of individual TS1 lots with the exception of Solana Landgraab Plaza which represents the original TS1 Downtown lots Solana Towne Centre and Landgraab Mall combined. The creators aimed to make the lots as reminiscent of the original TS1 lots as possible while retaining high functionality as TS3 lots. To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of The Sims, creators Suzetter and Charming Firewaller (Sir Charming) created a series of TS3 lots in homage to the original The Sims.
